Ray and I would like to thank you for a memorable night of our daughter Amity and Dillon O'Dwyer's wedding last Saturday (20/5/2017).

The rustic atmosphere, well ordered by management, the attentive staff, the exquisite food (thank you chef) all made this night perfect. The staff were very obliging and efficient and the ceremony and the wedding reception went without a hitch.

We had wonderful feedback from our guests who enjoyed the food immensely.

Rustic, classy, delectable!

Darlington Estate really puts on a show as a wedding venue. You have a beautiful view of the Australian bush in the day, and as the sun sets, the venue is transformed into a magical, intimate setting with thousands and thousands of fairy lights.

The food is delectable, the wine delicious and the staff, well they're just great. Michelle, Andy and Andrea answered our countless questions leading up to the day and really put us at ease.

Highly recommend this beautiful setting.

Apologies for not writing sooner, but it has been all systems go since packing away the "boat" and getting organised for our first time caravan trip up north. We are currently in Kalbarri.

We really appreciated all that everyone did at the Darlington and we have had some wonderful; comments from out friends about the "do"! The food was spectacular and the amount of effort in making each and every dish look so attractive when plated up for so many people at one time is absolutely wonderful.

Please pass on our special thanks to Tom as his input was truly noted and we are sorry we did not see him before we had to leave, and also the following morning. We hope to come by for a Sunday lunch so hopefully he'll be there.

Thanks also to Michelle and Andy for their support and help and in allowing us to change the "atrium" into the HMAS Darlington. (Pity I didn't manage to make the banner.)

Thanks to you Andrea, and we did also notice your attention to detail in placing the blue stars on the menus! Hopefully it didn't take too long.

Good Afternoon Owners and Staff at Darlington Estate Winery

Last night my husband and I took our friends to your restaurant for a farewell dinner. From the moment I spoke on the phone to book a table, to the minute we drove out your driveway that evening the service we received was excellent.

The lady accompanying us has major food allergies and your staff and chef's attentiveness to her needs was very impressive. You could not do enough to ensure she was aware of what she was ordering and specially prepared something for her.

The meals were wonderful, generous portion sizes and delicious! the wine excellent also along with the atmosphere.

I have never written a letter to anyone complementing their food and service as quite honestly I have never had an experience as enjoyable as last night to make the effort to do so.

We have lived in Darlington for 6 years and am disappointed it has taken us this long to come to your winery. We will definitely be frequenting here more often.

Well done and thank you - you will be talked about by us all and we look forward to coming back very soon.

My parents and their friends have spoken highly for many years about Darlington Estate and today my husband and I experienced lunch at your venue... The views/location and food were amazing though I must say Thomas or Tom absolutely made the experience outstanding... I have a business "Baby Setup" however I work in the media and have for over 20 years (currently work at Nova 93.7) and I haven't experienced a professionalism and pride as Tom showed in the hospitality industry (ever in Perth)... And believe me I have had a lot of business lunches... I believe in giving credit where credit is due and Thomas/Tom is an asset, and has made our experience at Darlington Estate exceptional...

I was at the restaurant with my family today today for lunch (and to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday) - the meal was delicious but I wanted to thank you for the way your restaurant deals with your child visitors. My 2 children (3 and 6) were thrilled by the activity bags and I thought the children's menu was great, but even better was the way the staff dealt with the kids in such a kind a friendly manner. If there was a higher score than 10 for service, Darlington Estate would get it. Owner, Andrew and his team were outstanding. The restaurant is gorgeous, very rustic and calming. The lighting gives the place a romantic, special feel. The food is beautful, our table of four were all happy with every course. The servings are big and hearty.

It was our first visit to Darlington Estate Winery. It was our wedding anniversary so we were looking for somewhere special to eat and we weren't disappointed. The food was awesome, cooked perfectly and the service was very good. The wait staff were very attentive and the owner also took the time to introduce himself and have a little chat.

My husband and I had our first dining experience here last night with a couple of great friends. It was outstanding....... the menu is faultless, the service is impeccable. Drinks were served while we pondered over what delicious meals to have... I chose the confit of duck, mint, mango & feta couscous with red pepper coulis in the end, what a delight!

A bottle of their own Semillon Sauvignon Blanc went perfectly.

People are often quick to complain, but less quick to praise.

So, we would just like to say how thoroughly impressed we were with our experience at your restaurant yesterday. We have become tired of dining out in supposedly fine dining restaurants, where the food is mediocre and the service and attention to detail is non-existent.

Yesterday our faith was restored. The food was absolutely fantastic. Our table of four all selected different dishes and so we had a broad range to base our assessment on and it was all delightful. The setting, the glassware, cutlery, linen and crockery were all of a high standard and the service and knowledge of the lone waitress was exceptional. We will certainly be back.
