Our philosophy

Our menu is a demonstration of cultivating the best in the centrepiece of each dish. This can only be accomplished by a careful balance of the accompaniments to ensure taste combinations and presentation are both exquisite in flavour and presentation.

Our menus are designed to offer entertainment to all tastes, meaning that no matter what you think your favourite dishes might be at a first reading of the menu, there are surprises to be found in the dishes that you would never normally order.

DEWS' CELLAR DOOR

Located in the newly renovated Darlington Estate Winery's cellar door space in the Perth Hills, DEWs is a cheeky, quirky and unique space with a focus on authentic and quality food (think BBQ, smoker, grill and woodfired oven where only the best will do). Drink from the best coffee in the hills in the morning, to a wide range of craft beers, boutique wines and curated-with-love whisk(e)y collection. DEWs aims for excellent service and delcious food.
